Refund policy

Once an order has shipped it may not be cancelled, however you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by simply contacting us. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please use this tracking number to check the status of your package at any time on the Canada Post website or call customer service at: 1-866-607-6301

Please note: Big Chief is a manufacturer with no retail sales, so pick-up in Calgary is NOT an option. Big Chief also DOES NOT EXPORT outside of Canada at this time. Big Chief also reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. Suspicious transactions will be flagged, reviewed, and may be cancelled.

If there is a problem with the product you receive please get in touch with us. We may ask to have the product sent back to us for quality control purposes and refunds will be issued upon assessment of product.
